Sanny Josifus
Leadership Team Chair and Church Treasurer
I was born and raised in India to a Christian family. Accepted Christ when I was 12. Started volunteering at church when I was 10 in the children’s church ministry and have continued to serve in various ministries throughout my life.
In my professional life I am IT Specialist working for a Polish company and I have about 15 years of experience in the IT sector. I have been married for over 9 years and god has blessed us with 3 children. We came to the beautiful city of Warsaw in 2015 for work and god has helped us to stay here. We started attending ICF from 2019 before the pandemic. We felt god’s direction to help in the church and from January 2022 I have been the treasurer of ICF Warsaw. From July 2022 I have also been a part of the leadership team.
Bill Lockrem
I was born in rural Minnesota and spent my elementary school days living about two miles outside of the small town of Lindstrom. At some time in those years my mother took me to a ‘tent meeting’ (an evangelistic service held in a giant circus tent) where I heard about King Agrippa being almost persuaded to be a Christian. I walked to the front and talked to someone about becoming a Christian. We moved to a Minneapolis suburb when I entered Junior High. I started to attend a church that believed the Bible, but was very legalistic. I rebelled, but the Lord (mostly because of the prayers of my younger sister) pursued me until I finally surrendered to Him in my early twenties.
I married Anna in 1980 and we have three sons, Zechariah, Gabriel, and Jared and a grandson, Hennepin, 8. For most of my life, I worked as a house painter, but I also managed a Christian Book Store and worked for HomeDepot. When I retired, we moved to Poland as missionaries, arriving in May of 2014 and have attended ICF since then. We use our English as a tool to reach out to the Polish people. I have been involved in Sunday School, MOG, the prayer team with Felix and am serving on the newly organised Missions Team.
Piotr „Papi” Paprocki
I’ve been married for 15 years. We have three beautiful children (Niko 12, Ariana 12, Tobi 7). Grew up in Warsaw. Played basketball professionally for Legia Warsaw. That’s where I came to know the Lord through sports ministry of Athletes In Action. Went to Christian College in the US. Since graduation involved with the ministry with Campus Crusade for Christ where I’ve been serving until now. My passion and my work is mainly associated with the ministry of evangelism and discipleship of Athletes in Action: 1. Using the platform of sports to reach out to people involved in variety of athletics – athletes, coaches, trainers and physical therapists. 2. Second area concerns ministry among man who are hungry for outdoor adventures. My family and I have been involved with ICF church family for 9 years.
John Roy
I am from India and have been a part of ICF since 2013. After moving to Warsaw to pursue my studies in 2011, I decided to stay on and have made Warsaw my home for the last 10 years. I completed my Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and currently works for Procter & Gamble. Growing up, the struggles for a small family in India were very real but God protected us brought and us through with numerous testimonies to share. Though I was brought up knowing the Lord, from the beginning, I grew up as any teenager would; caught up in the world until God grabbed my attention.
I have always been passionate about Music and Tech and have been a part of choirs and band singing since my childhood. When I joined ICF, I was immediately pulled into singing. First, for the Christmas choir and then for Weekly Sunday worship. I then joined the Tech Team and then gradually helped lead and grow the team for a few years. I continue to attend workshops and learnings for the Tech. Currently, I am also a part of the our weekly Wednesday MOG (Men Of God) meetings. ICF has helped me in my desire to grow closer to Christ with many challenges as well as opportunities to learn through trainings and workshops that were conducted over the years. Regardless of my own interests and skills, God has used me in a number of different places to serve His kingdom. This has changed for different times and as the season has needed. It has been truly humbling and a delight to surrender to His will and watch the fruits of my labor for MY KING.
I remain a part of the body of Christ and will continue to serve Him joyfully and prayerfully until I see my savior face to face and hear Him say, “Well done my good and faithful servant”
Sarath Chandra Koppolu
I was born and raised in India in a Christian family. I accepted the Lord as a teenager. I am passionate to serve the Lord and have been actively involved in the church ministries since my childhood. I served in different churches and different ministries: media, tech, music, worship and others. I joined ICF in 2014 and since then, I have been an active member in the tech team and presently I lead the worship ministry.
I moved to Warsaw to pursue my masters degree. I majored in strategic management and professionally, I work in Human Resources. I met my wife, Agnieszka, here at ICF. We got married in 2017 and have been blessed with a daughter, Ruth, and a son, Nathan.
I thank God for all the opportunities to serve Him and using me and my family for His glory.
